Welcome to Barclays Enterprises (Private) Limited (“Barclays Enterprises”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms & Services govern all business conducted with Barclays Enterprises, including website usage, inquiries, quotations, orders, manufacturing, sourcing, shipping, and related services. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms in full.
All services are provided strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis.

2. Scope of Services
Barclays Enterprises provides premium, made-to-order services including but not limited to:

Apparel manufacturing and bulk production

Custom sportswear, activewear, and fashion garments

Product sourcing and international export

Sampling, pattern development, grading, and tech packs
-
Design and artwork services (where agreed)
3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change due to raw material costs, labor, currency fluctuation, freight, or regulatory changes.

Pricing is finalized only upon written order confirmation.
4. Orders & Acceptance
-
Orders are considered confirmed only after written approval and receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply unless waived in writing.

Any post-confirmation changes may affect pricing, timelines, or feasibility.
5. Payments
-
An advance payment (typically 30–50%) is required before production begins.

Remaining balance must be settled prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All bank charges and transaction fees are borne by the buyer.
6. Production Timelines
-
All production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
-
Delays caused by force majeure events—including customs delays, port congestion, labor issues, weather conditions, or global supply chain disruptions—shall not constitute breach of contract.
7. Quality Standards & Tolerances
-
Industry-standard tolerances for size, weight, color, and finishing apply.

Minor variations inherent in textile manufacturing are acceptable and shall not be considered defects.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Custom & Bulk Orders

All custom-made and bulk orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.

Approval of samples, specifications, sizes, colors, and artwork constitutes final confirmation.
8.2 Sampling, Development & Design Services
-
Sample fees, pattern development, grading, artwork, and tech pack services are strictly non-refundable, regardless of order conversion.
8.3 Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Claims must include clear photographic or video evidence.

Verified claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, or partial credit at our sole discretion.

Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
9. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins, subject to written confirmation.

Any costs incurred prior to cancellation (materials, labor, administration) shall be deducted and payable by the buyer.
10. Shipping & Delivery
10.1 Shipping Methods
We ship internationally via:

Express Courier (where applicable)
Shipping method and cost are agreed during order confirmation.
10.2 Incoterms® & Risk Transfer

All shipments are governed by mutually agreed Incoterms® (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.).

Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer according to the selected Incoterm once goods are dispatched.
10.3 Delivery Timelines

Shipping and transit timelines are estimates only.

Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or force majeure events do not constitute grounds for refunds or penalties.
10.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, clearance fees, and destination charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Barclays Enterprises is not liable for customs delays, seizures, or regulatory actions at destination.
10.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once goods are handed over to the carrier, liability is governed by the carrier’s terms and the agreed Incoterm.

Buyers are strongly advised to arrange shipment insurance.
11. Intellectual Property

Client-supplied logos, trademarks, and designs remain the property of the client.

All patterns, designs, artwork, and production materials created by Barclays Enterprises remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without prejudice to applicable international trade laws.
16. Amendments
Barclays Enterprises reserves the right to update these Terms & Services at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
